In a past life I trained as an entomologist, a career choice that grew out of a childhood love of spiders and beetles! Much of the knowledge that I obtained has now been lost as my brain struggles to retain more than the basic minimum! But I still love to look at the form of the creatures themselves; Beetles in particular are so varied and beautiful. So imagine my joy at finding a book that combines needlework and beetles!
